I’m passionate about educating women to tune in to the voice and natural rhythms of their bodies in order to restore balance and well-being. I became a holistic nutritionist after I went through treatment for breast cancer at the age of 36. Cancer was a wake up call that shifted my perspectives and priorities. I discovered a different side of health that transformed my mindset around food and my relationship with my body.
